Timothy and Linda Ashley vs. Freedom Oil and Gas
PA-pro se; J- James C. Stucky
* On Aug. 5, a GMC truck owned by the defendant drove through a fence at a construction site and struck Mr. Ashley's vehicle, which in turn, struck Mrs. Ashley's vehicle. Both vehicles were totaled, according to the suit. The Ashleys are seeking damages in the amount of $4,000 and lost wages.

* On Oct. 24, 2009, Slone was a customer in the defendants' casino when an intoxicated person fell into an employee of the casino and fell into and against him, causing injuries. Slone is seeking compensatory damages with pre-judgment interest.

* On March 29, the Batemans entered into a motor vehicle purchase contract for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They claim the vehicle was defective. They are seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

* Hancock was employed at Shoney's. She claims Moss sexually assaulted and harassed her. Hancock is seeking punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

* Hanning was employed by the defendants from Sept. 19, 2005, until March 28. Hanning claims he was discharged from his employment because of his disability and because of a workers' compensation claim he had filed. Hanning is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

* Crowder entered into a consumer transaction with Credit One, which was serviced by the defendant. He claims on May 19 he notified the defendant that he disputed the alleged debt and was represented by counsel and he provided the defendant with his attorney's name and contact information. The defendant continued to harass and abuse Crowder in an effort to collect the alleged debt on at least 33 occasions. Crowder is seeking civil penalties.

* On Nov. 10, 2009, Boggs was the driver of a 2007 Mazda M3 and Interstate-64 while Jones was driving a Ford F-350 truck acting within the scope of his employment. Boggs claims when Jones changed lanes, an unsecured mat and bucket flew out of the bed of the truck and caused Boggs to crash into the concrete median. Boggs is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

* On Aug. 26, 2010, Locke was shopping at Sears when she slipped and fell on wet floor and was injured. Locke is seeking compensatory damages.

* On June 13, TLTek and the plaintiff entered into a contract for the sale of 30 Dell laptop computers for $30,989.70. On June 14, the plaintiff made an advanced payment for the full purchase price. On Aug. 23, the plaintiff contacted the defendant regarding the status of the anticipated delivery of the computers and on Sept. 13, TLTek promised to refund the money for the laptops, but failed to do so. The plaintiff is seeking damages in the amount of $30,989.70 with interest.
