* Greaver, a 51-year-old mother of two, purchased Fixodent from Rite Aid. As a result to plaintiff's use, she suffered copper deficiency, other hematological injuries, as well as extremely debilitating and permanent neurological injuries that require her to use a wheelchair. She has suffered extensive medical expenses and will need tremendous care for the remainder of her life. Compensatory damages for harm and losses along with punitive damages are sought.

* Plaintiff alleges that defendants have converted, concealed, embezzled, or conveyed away assets belonging to the Estate of Russell Leland Evans Sr. On Oct. 20, 2005, Evans signed and published his last will and testament. He died on Nov. 23, 2009; following his will was admitted to probate. Defendants should have known that removing assets was an act adverse to other beneficiaries of the estate. Judgment is demanded that defendants be ordered to return personal property in their possession belonging to the Estate of Evans Sr.

Kristin Seabright vs. Encompass Insurance Company

* Plaintiff was in an accident on Nov. 9, 2009, and was provided underinsured motorist coverage by defendant. A direct result of the acts of Timothy Anderson gave resulted in general damages to Seabright. Encompass waived the right to subrogate yet plaintiff is entitled to UIM benefits under her policy. The Court is asked to grant her such compensatory damages.
