* On Nov. 12, 2009, Mrs. Miller was admitted to Cabell Huntington Hospital for an exploratory laparotomy and small bowel resection to repair a small bowel fistula. During the course of the procedure, Denning lacerated the left lower lobe of Mrs. Miller's liver. Mrs. Miller died on Nov. 16, 2009. Mr. Miller is seeking compensatory damages.

Mr. Holston claims the skin break down and pressure ulcers contributed to Mrs. Holton's death on July 9, 2010. Mr. Holston is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
