* Leffingwell was an employee of the defendant. On Oct. 26, 2010, Leffingwell was placing surgical and medical equipment into a washer. He claims the washer had not been working properly for years and leaked water onto the floor, which caused him to slip and fall. Leffingwell is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
