* On Nov. 13, 2009, Hartung was crossing 7th 'Street in North Wheeling when defendant Edwards turned right onto the street. Edwards struck plaintiff with his automobile as he crossed the road. His SUV motor vehicle was operated in such a manner and with great force as to cause a head-on collision with pedestrian Hartung. Plaintiff demands judgment, jointly and severally, in an amount in excess of the jurisdictional limits as compensatory damages.

Erica A. Tamburin, Individually and as Guardian, Mother and Next of Friend of Ryah M. Rotilio, a minor vs. Candy F. Hawkins, Cabela's Wholesale Inc., et al.

* Tamburin was operating her Durango and failed to maintain control and stop at an intersection on Nov. 11, 2009. As a direct result of the negligent acts of defendant Hawkins, plaintiffs were injured and damaged. Cabela's had actual knowledge of the existence of the dangerous conditions that were created by the inadequately maintained parking areas. This failure to barricade the parking lot created expenses incurred about her medical care. This amount, yet to be determined, is sought in a trial by jury.

* Defendant Ronald Vannest entered into Agreement with Panhandle as a Construction Estimator on Nov. 24, 2008. On Jan. 22, 2010, Golec was employed generally as a Construction Designer. Each defendant agreed that for a period of two (2) years from the date their employment ceased with Panhandle, they would not impose or engage in a similar line of business within a radius of 50 miles. Panhandle seeks this entitled injunctive relief.

* Beecroft is indebted to plaintiff for the sum of $2,995.50, plus interest, from Feb. 8, 2011. The subject property of this indebtedness is a 2005 Ford Ranger. Plaintiff demands judgment for the sums set forth above.
