PA-J. Michael Benninger
* On Oct. 5, 2011 Christina Terry was a patron at Novichenk's Tailgater's Pub. She was found in the ladies' room unconscious and partially unclothed. Terry alleges instead of seeking any medical attention, she was later that evening taken from the bar by Kevin Utter, someone she did not know. She was found dead on Oct. 6 near University High School. An autopsy determined she died as a result of strangulation and blunt force trauma to the head. Terry's estate is seeking judgment from Utter and Novichenk's Tailgater's Pub 2 for liqudated and unliquidated damages, pre- and post-judgment interest and costs.
