* Kelly Smith was an employee of Jimmy Adams, D.O., in a medical office in River Place. On Jan. 15, 2010, Kelly Smith was injured when she was walking through a concrete area located behind the building to the trash bins, when she slipped on an unknown substance that was hidden from view. The Smiths are seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
