Hamlin and Lions Club International, according to Plaintiff, made the field available to the public and "failed to install and maintain...premises in a reasonably safe condition." Bays suffered serious injuries that included his upper and lower right leg, knee, foot and ankle, complaint says. Plaintiffs seek damages in an amount determined by jury trial, together with court expenses and other relief deemed just.
