The salon claims Reynolds signed an employee non-compete agreement that stated that should she leave her employment, she agreed not to directly or indirectly compete within a 20-mile radius of the salon for six months. In December 2011, Reynolds left her employment and began working at KoKo Bliss, which is less than one mile from Picasso Salon & Day Spa, according to the suit. Picasso is seeking compensatory damages.
