Wife Teresa charges, "Loss of Consortium" resulting from McNeely's condition. Couple demands jury judgment, jointly and severally, for compensatory damages, punitive damages against only MSA, litigation costs, pre- and post-judgment interest, and all further relief to which they're entitled.
