HUNTINGTON -- A Cross Lanes woman is suing the Huntington Mall after she slipped and fell on its premises.

Cafaro Charleston, Ltd. was also named as a defendant in the suit.

On Sept. 30, 2010, Beverly Williams was at the Huntington Mall when she slipped and fell and became injured, according to a complaint filed Feb. 17 in Cabell Circuit Court.

The defendants' negligence caused Williams to sustain injuries to her shoulders, lower back, according to the suit.

Williams is seeking compensatory damages with pre-judgment interest. She is being represented by John A. Proctor.
