Brent D. Sayre vs. Marc J. Slotnick, Esq. and John W. Parker
PA – Leah Chappell; J – Evans

The next day, he executed a special warranty deed to Parker, an Elkview resident, who purportedly tendered $105,000 in cash for the property.
