* On April 21, 2011, Williams was working as an EMT with PCEMS when he stepped out of an ambulance, fell and injured his hip. While Williams was in the hospital, Kimble and a drug testing company representative demanded a urine sample from him. He refused. Two days later when he returned to work, he was told by Kimble that he had resigned and removed from payroll. Williams denied that he had resigned. He seeks compensatory damages and punitive damages as well as other relief.

Callie Mae Sanson vs. Citizens Telecommunications Company of West Virginia dba Frontier Communicatoins Company of West Virginia

* On June 6, 2011, Sanson says she called Frontier to request that her high-speed internet service be discontinued. The representative for Frontier said the company couldn't do that, but told Sanson she could do it herself. Despite protests, the 70-year-old Sanson attempted to do so. While doing so at a utility pole outside of her residence, Sanson slipped and fell down a steep embankment above a backwater estuary of the Kanawha River. She incurred injuries including broken ribs, other sprains and contusions. Unable to climb the embankment, she was there for more than an hour.

In 2007, the Court dismissed their complaint because it was filed more than two years after the claims arose. In 2010, after additional motions and hearings, the Court denied the plaintiffs' motion to alter or ament the Dismissal Order. They seek joint and several compensatory and punitive damages, attorney fees, court costs, expenses and other relief.
