The article referenced the September 1984 fire in which Bohanna's four young children died, but, Bohanna claims the article incorrectly said that she was not home the night of the fire and was out at a club with friends when she was actually home and was badly injured when she tried to rescue her children. Bohanna is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
