A May 11 report in a local newspaper indicated unpaid water bills in the town equaled $150,000. Plaintiff claims Johnstone acted recklessly and negligently in her reporting and accusations causing plaintiff to be unable to find comparable employment. Plaintiff sees compensatory and consequential damages as well as punitive damages.
