* Davis, who lives in Proctorville, Ohio, says he was driving his motorcycle on June 16, 2012, in Lawrence County, Ohio, when Likens, driving a van while working for Skylink and DirecTV, crossed the center line. Despite evasive actions, Davis still struck the van and was severely injured. Then, Davis alleges Likens fled the scene and hid from authorities. Davis seeks compensation for lost wages, medical expenses, pain and suffering, physical limitations, diminished capacity to enjoy life, annoyance and inconvenience and other damages. He seeks compensatory and punitive damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney fees, court costs and other relief.
