MORGANTOWN -– Steptoe & Johnson is pleased to announce that the firm’s Morgantown office has been awarded the National Excellence in Wellness Platinum Award.
The award is the highest honor that the Wellness Council of West Virginia can bestow. Recipients must demonstrate that wellness initiatives lead to positive business outcomes. Steptoe & Johnson is the fifth company in West Virginia to receive this award.
“We were able to demonstrate that our initiatives caused positive change, resulting in a better office,” said Brian D. Gallagher, Managing Member of the firm’s Morgantown office. “Our office and our firm are very proud of this distinguished award. We have participated in wellness initiatives for years for our personal and professional well being. It is an honor to be recognized for our efforts.”
The Steptoe & Johnson Morgantown Wellness Committee consists of Carlie Lacy, Diana Raddish, Christy Naternicola, Katherine Breaux, Lois Meluzio, Mary Ann Sturba, Monte Williams, Mandy Neal, Vince Collins, Joe Bordonada, Misty Wilt and Julie Arbore. These committee members volunteer their time to build a happier, healthier workplace for their co-workers.
The award was presented at the Wellness Council of West Virginia’s annual conference on Sept. 28.
