They allege that Dan Ryan affiliated companies gave “savings” which then were used in an exact equal amount for home upgrades. Platinffs allege incentives led to other problems and eventual economic downfall caused loss of job in the home. Plaitiffs allege Flagstar began foreclosure proceedings and would not work with them. The allege misrepresentation, dishonesty, violations of banking statute, fraud, violation of the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act and other charges. Plaintiff seeks damages for each alleged violation and any costs to be determined.
