* Kenneth Nelson was operating a 2010 Mack dump truck on Interstate 64 on Oct. 6, 2010. He was injured when the extended bed of the truck hit a bridge overpass in Hurricane. He seeks compensation for past and future pain and suffering, past and future medical expenses, lost earning and benefits, future lost earnings, wages and earning capacity, past and future mental anguish and distress, past and future aggravation, annoyance and inconvenience as well as past and future loss of enjoyment of life. * On Oct. 12, 2010, Racer was at the Hurricane McDonald's when the metal lid on the self-serve ice machine fell and hit him in the back of the head. The lid was 2-foot-by-2-foot and weighed 10 to 12 lbs. He says he experienced pain in the head, neck and shoulders as well as blurry vision and dizziness. He was taken to CAMC Teays Valley, where he was diagnosed with a head compression trauma known as a untractable cervical disc injury. He seeks compensatory damages, attorney fees, expenses and possible punitive damages.
