She claims she traded in her 1996 Subaru Impreza for $2,495 and made cash payment in the amount of $4,000 for the purchase of a 2003 Nissan Exterra. Vickers claims after the purchase she discovered multiple defects with the vehicle. Vickers is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
