CHARLESTON - Bowles Rice has added two additional attorneys to the firm’s expanding Energy practice, according to Thomas A. Heywood, the law firm’s Managing Partner.

Cole M. Bozic has joined the firm’s Morgantown office and J. Breton McNab has joined the Charleston office. In late October, Bowles Rice announced the names of nine other associates who recently joined the firm.

“Cole and Bret are among 11 attorneys who have joined Bowles Rice in the last month,” Heywood said. “This is the largest class of new associates in the history of our firm and reflects our desire to provide the best possible service to our clients during a new era of opportunity and prosperity that we foresee throughout the Appalachian region.”

Bozic is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. She received her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2012, where she was Order of the Coif. She earned her undergraduate degree in math, summa cum laude, from West Virginia University in 2005, where she was Phi Beta Kappa and a Taggart Presidential Scholar.

Bret McNab is admitted to practice law in Ohio. He is a 2012 graduate of Ohio Northern University College of Law, where he served as Symposium Editor for the Ohio Northern University Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics in 2007 from the College of Wooster (Ohio) and completed post-graduate courses at Ohio University before entering law school. He is a former law clerk for The Honorable Richard K. Warren, Allen County (OH) Common Pleas Court and served as a summer law clerk for The Honorable J. Mark Costine of the Belmont County (OH) Juvenile and Probate Court.
