Standard Environmental says Frasure Creek Mining failed to pay for goods, services

WINFIELD – Standard Environmental is suing Frasure Creek Mining, LLC, after it claims it is owed more than $15,000 for goods and services.

Standard Environmental is a division of Standard Laboratories, Inc.

On Dec. 31, 2011, Standard invoiced Frasure Creek for certain goods and services provided by Standard, which were due on receipt of the invoice, according to a complaint filed Nov. 8 in Putnam Circuit Court.

Standard claims Frasure Creek has failed to make payments in accordance with the terms of the invoice.

Based on the foregoing default, Frasure Creek owes the sum of $16,301.50 to Standard, according to the suit.

Standard is seeking judgment in the amount of $16,301.50 with pre- and post-judgment interest. It is being represented by Robert L. Bandy.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge J. Robert Leslie.
