CHARLESTON – Attorney General Darrell McGraw will have consumer advocates from his office available at two locations next week to help with consumer protection issues.
A consumer advocate will be available at the University of Charleston’s Riggleman Hall Financial Aid Conference Room on Dec. 4 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and on Dec. 5 at West Virginia State University’s Cole Complex Conference Room 112 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
The consumer advocates will be available to answer questions about consumer protection issues, take complaints and process free credit reports for staff, students and the public.
Anyone needing to complete a complaint form is asked to bring any documentation he or she might have.
