* The plaintiffs and the defendant allegedly entered into a lease agreement regarding the lease of real property for the purpose of operating a restaurant. The plaintiffs claim without notice, the defendant changed the locks on the premises and has not allowed the plaintiffs to have access to the premises, which violates the lease. The plaintiffs are seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

* Ohio was allegedly hired by Null’s to inspect, certify, maintain, service and repair the fire suppression system of its business. Null’s claims on June 22, the water supply line ruptured and water poured onto the property, causing extensive damage to the floors, drywall, doors and other structural components of the building. The rupture of the pipe was caused by the negligence of Ohio. Null’s is seeking compensatory damages.
