*Columbus - Stacey A. Borowicz;
*Dayton - Matthew A. Molloy and Rachael L. Rodman;

Manning is member of the firm’s International Practice and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. He advises businesses and individuals through a variety of legal issues. He drafts and reviews contracts, particularly those involving sales of goods, distributorships and licensing, and construction, vendor and service contracts on behalf of boards of education and other public entities.
He focuses a significant portion of his practice on construction law and represents owners — particularly public entities — contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers in litigation as well as during contract negotiations.
When clients are negotiating a contract, Manning also provides advice about payment, including guarantees and letters of credit. Should a dispute arise, he represents clients both before US courts and in arbitration subject to international rules. Manning is a frequent speaker on letters of credit, and he has been a representative to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
Rogers is a partner in the Corporate Department whose diverse practice focuses on family wealth planning, asset protection planning, probate, business formation and organization and business succession planning.
Rogers also has experience in representing both individual and institutional clients in various types of civil litigation including will contests, will and trust construction actions, family and probate disputes, real property rights, mineral ownership disputes, shareholder and partner disputes and federal and state taxation appeals. Rogers is licensed and represents clients in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Rogers is active in the community, serving as Vice President and a Director of the North Central West Virginia Estate Planning Council and as Vice President of the Monongalia County Literacy Volunteers. Rogers was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2010 for his work in estate and trust litigation.
