CHARLESTON – Robinson & McElwee PLLC has announced the addition of Marsha W. Kauffman and W. Bradley Sorrells as its newest members, as well as the appointment of one of its attorneys to the board of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce.
Kauffman, a member of the firm’s Energy & Environment and Litigation departments, practices with a focus in the areas of environmental law, general litigation and public utility law.
Sorrells serves the firm’s Business Law and Litigation departments with a focus on real estate, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy matters.
Sorrells accepted the firm’s invitation to membership after previously serving in both associate and of counsel roles. Ms. Kauffman formerly served Robinson & McElwee as an associate.
Formed in 1983, Robinson & McElwee is a corporate defense firm with offices in Charleston, Clarksburg and Wheeling.

Meanwhile, the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce has appointed Robinson & McElwee member Jeffrey A. Kimble to its Board of Directors.
Kimble will serve the Board of Directors for a one-year term effective immediately.
Kimble, who joined Robinson & McElwee in 1992, is primarily involved in commercial and corporate defense and litigation at the trial and appellate levels, with a particular focus on property-related litigation.
