* Walters worked for Regis for approximately four years as a hair stylist and then at Fiesta Salon as a manager. She claims Bentley, who was the district manager, subjected her to unwelcome gestures, verbal comments and advances of a sexual nature. While having dinner at Outback Steakhouse in December 2010, Walters claims she saw Bentley put what appeared to be a pill into her drink. Walters claims Bentley asked for her to return to her hotel room with her and when she refused, Bentley told her to not bother returning to work. Walters is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre-judgment interest.

* On Aug. 26, 2011, DFM applied for credit with Logan. Logan claims as of June 25, 2012, the defendants have failed and refused to pay $161.213.90 plus service charges. Logan is seeking money damages in the amount of $161,213.90 plus monthly service charges.

* Jeffrey paid tuition to the defendants to receive training in phlebotomy. Jeffrey claims the defendants negligently failed to submit her completed ASPT examination, which caused her to not be certified or employed as a phlebotomist. Jeffrey is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre-judgment interest.

* On July 4, 2012, Hysell was allegedly engaged in the business of Papa John’s Pizza when he negligently struck Dodd with his vehicle while Dodd was crossing Sixth Avenue in Huntington as a pedestrian. Dodd is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
