Huntington – The partners of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP have elected West Virginia attorney Randy Saunders to the partnership.

Saunders, formerly an associate, practices in the areas of commercial litigation, product liability litigation, insurance bad faith litigation, medical liability and healthcare litigation, and class actions and mass torts. He has experience representing clients in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions. He is an experienced appellate advocate and has handled appeals before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, Kentucky Court of Appeals, Maryland Court of Appeals and Maryland Court of Special Appeals.

In addition to his representation of clients involved in civil litigation, he has also represented clients before the West Virginia Board of Medicine, county commissions, various boards, and other administrative bodies. Further, Mr. Saunders provides clients with guidance and representation regarding property tax-related issues and disputes.
