*As Barcus was purchasing a drink at the defendant's concession stand and while touching the counter and the drinking-straw dispenser, he received an electric shock that knocked him to the floor, the lawsuit says. He alleges injuries to his head, neck and shoulders caused him to incur physical therapy expenses of $20,000 and lost wages of $5,000. Barcus seeks judgment of $400,000.

*While checking on rooms Willis had rented for an event, he stepped on hand tools that were left on the stairs by a member of Lakeview’s maintenance department, he claims. Losing his footing, Willis rolled down the stairs, he says. He is seeking punitive damages, costs and attorney fees.
