While Reed and Raymond Myers were in the process of completing the paperwork for the assistance, Allen, who was driving by the scene, struck Raymond Myers, causing him serious injuries, the lawsuit claims. The couple is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
