WINFIELD – Logan Hydraulics & Machine, Inc., is suing Frasure Creek Mining, LLC, for allegedly failing to pay for more than $30,000 in goods and services.
From September 2011 through February 2012, Logan sold and delivered goods and/or provided services to the defendant, according to a complaint filed Jan. 23 in Putnam Circuit Court.
Logan claims Frasure has failed and refused to pay for the goods and services in the amount of $30,333.
Frasure’s actions are a breach of contract, according to the suit.
Logan claims Frasure has been unjustly enriched at its expense.
Logan is seeking damages in the amount of $30,333 with pre- and post-judgment interest. It is being represented by Ryan S. Marsteller.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Joseph K. Reeder.
