The Tomblins claim they later discovered the vehicle had been in a previous accident, had been repossessed twice and had a “junk title.” The Tomblins are seeking for the defendants to reimburse them the sum of $7,000 for repairs to the vehicle, for the court to order the defendants to renegotiate a reasonable amount and payment for the vehicle and for punitive damages.
