WVU to present lecture for students interested in law school

Lofaso

MORGANTOWN – West Virginia University’s Department of Philosophy is presenting a lecture for students thinking of attending law school and wanting to get into the minds of lawyers.

WVU College of Law Associate Dean Ann Lofaso will be presenting the lecture at 5 p.m. on Feb. 19 in the Shenandoah Room of the WVU Mountainlair.

Lofaso, the 2010 WVU College of Law Professor of the Year, will outline some of the philosophical theories that apply to legal issues in the workplace.

The lecture is titled, “The Nature of the Law of the Workplace: Reflections on Concerted Activity.”

This event will be followed by a reception in Hatfields, Room B, at 6 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
