CHARLESTON – Martin Marietta Materials, Inc., is suing ST Pipeline, Inc., after it claims it failed to pay for supplies.
Martin and ST Pipeline entered into an agreement whereby Martin would furnish supplies to the defendant on account, according to a complaint filed Feb. 19 in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Martin claims it furnished supplies to the defendant in the amount of $5,269.06.
The defendant owes Martin $5,269.06 for supplies it furnished to the defendant, according to the suit, but ST Pipeline has failed and refused to pay for the supplies.
Martin is seeking damages in the amount of $5,269.06 with interest. It is being represented by Norman T. Daniels Jr. and John F. Loehr of the Daniels Law Firm.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Paul Zakaib Jr.
