CHARLESTON – Jackson Kelly PLLC attorney Edward L. “Skipp” Kropp was recently elected to serve as the Northern Indiana Director on the Board for the Indiana Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association.
The A&WMA is a non-profit, nonpartisan professional organization that promotes environmental responsibility and assists in professional development and decision-making by providing a forum for information exchange.
Kropp is a Member of Jackson Kelly, where he practices environmental law. He is a former Chief of the West Virginia Division of Environmental Protection Office of Air Quality and former Deputy Director of the West Virginia Division of Environmental Protection. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering and a Master of Science degree in environmental engineering, both from Purdue University. In addition, he received his Juris Doctor from The Capital University Law School.
