* The plaintiffs are suing the defendants for civil rights violations after Morrison and Fox on Oct. 26, 2011, arrested Maxine at her home when she told them to get their “pig faces” off her porch following a discussion they had regarding her family connection to a former police chief. Charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer filed against Maxine in Jackson Magistrate Court were later dismissed. Argyle makes claim for loss of consortium. They seek unspecified damages, court costs and attorneys fees.

Along with judgment for the outstanding balance of $3,600, regularly monthly payments until judgment is rendered, court costs and attorneys fees, Cox and Wilson seek a court order granting them immediate possession of the property.
