HUNTINGTON - Huddleston Bolen LLP announced today that Jason Roma and Patrick White have been invited to become partners in the firm.
Jason Roma is based in the firm’s Huntington office. His practice is concentrated in the areas of products liability, premises liability, toxic tort litigation, general insurance defense, transportation law and FELA defense. Roma has engaged in complex tort litigation, trying several cases over the years for Fortune 500 companies. He also serves as National Counsel coordinating multi-state litigation for one of the firm’s clients.
Roma is a native of Huntington, where he attended Marshall University and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in 1998. He obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2004 from West Virginia University and graduated Order of the Barristers.
In 2011 and 2012, Roma was named a "Rising Star" in the area of products liability defense by Super Lawyers magazine.
Based in Charleston, White practices in the firm’s litigation department, focusing primarily on professional liability defense, construction law, transportation law and all areas of insurance law. He has experience guiding clients through both civil litigation and arbitration proceedings. White has experience defending mining companies, construction contractors, retail stores, lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents and transportation companies.
White holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from West Virginia University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He obtained his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2005.
