Thunderbolt Holdings says man refused to repay $90K

HUNTINGTON – Thunderbolt Holdings, Ltd. LLC is suing a Cabell County man it claims has failed to repay nearly $90,000 to U.S. Bank.

U.S. Bank provided funds to George D. Conard in the amount of $89,227.12, according to a complaint filed March 11 in Cabell Circuit Court.

Thunderbolt claims it is the assignee of U.S. Bank, who was the original creditor.

Conard has not repaid the funds provided, despite agreeing to do so, according to the suit.

Thunderbolt is seeking judgment in the amount of $89,227.12 with pre- and post-judgment interest. It is being represented by Clinton W. Smith of the Law Office of Clinton W. Smith.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge F. Jane Hustead.
