PERSONNEL FILE: Snider joins Huddleston Bolen's Legacy Planning Group

HUNTINGTON - Huddleston Bolen LLP recently welcomed Bill Snider to the firm’s Legacy Planning Group. Snider will practice in the firm’s Charleston and Huntington offices.

Before joining Huddleston Bolen, Snider served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel with a large regional bank. There, Snider created and managed a legal department for the bank’s Wealth Management Group, where he coordinated estate planning matters for bank clients; reviewed legal documents including wills, trusts, and contracts; managed banking regulatory requirements; created bank policies; managed litigation; and provided counsel to bank executives.

Snider received a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. He received a B.A., graduating cum laude, from Marshall University, where he was a member of the Society of Yeager Scholars. Snider serves as a member of the State Bar Probate Committee, Chairman and Member of the West Virginia Bankers Association Trust Committee, and Member of the Charleston Estate Planning Council Executive Committee.
