*John Cruse says he was driving on Interstate 79 in Washington, Pa., when the car driven by Cynthia Bittengle in front of him slowed down. Cruse struck the rear of Bittengle’s, car pushing it sideways through the median causing it to roll twice, the suit says. Bittengle was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene, the suit says. Her estate is seeking damages for the alleged negligence of Cruse, compensation for loss of income and hospital and funeral expenses.

*Albert is seeking damages for injuries allegedly sustained when he was injured by an unknown employee of Ohana. He claims he was put in a headlock until unconscious and thrown onto the pavement outside the bar. Albert seeks compensation for medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering and punitive damages.
