PITTSBURGH - Jessica M. Jurasko recently joined Jackson Kelly PLLC as an associate and is practicing in the Occupational Safety and Health Practice Group in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.

Over the course of her career, Jurasko has represented clients in general matters including compliance with federal and state laws and regulations - including OSHA, ERISA and FMLA. Her experience is comprised of litigating civil matters, including multi-party litigation, in state and federal courts and administrative agencies involving a variety of legal issues such as corporate contractual disputes, complex insurance coverage, insurance defense, products liability, class action suits, securities, subrogation, general liability and personal injury.

She has counseled corporate and commercial clients in labor and employment litigation and has also participated in numerous magistrate hearings, arbitration hearings, jury and non-jury trials throughout Pennsylvania.

Jurasko received her Juris Doctor in 2004 from the Duquesne University School of Law and previously earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history from the Duquesne University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. In addition, she is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Young Lawyers' Division and the Hispanic Attorneys Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association and serves on the Executive Board of the Duquesne University Law Alumni Association.
