Kerr is seeking judgment for a sum of money equal to the value of all unpaid wages in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act; liquidated damages as provided by FLSA and WVWPCA; and compensatory and punitive damages.
