Service Glass says Structures owes more than $80,000

HUNTINGTON - Service Glass Inc. is suing Structures Inc. for failing to pay more than $80,000 it allegedly owes.

Carl Wray Jr. and Gretchen Wray were also named as defendants in the suit.

In October, the Wrays purchased various items on credit from Service Glass, including storefront framing, certain wall framing and glass and contracted with Service Glass to perform labor, according to a complaint filed May 21 in Cabell Circuit Court.

Service Glass claims the items ordered by the Wrays were to be used at their personal home being built in Ohio, but ordered the plaintiff to bill Structures.

The total amount of the contract with Service Glass was $83,361, according to the suit.

Service Glass claims to date, the defendants have not paid anything on their account and continue to owe $83,361.

Service Glass is seeking judgment in the amount of $83,361 with interest. It is being represented by W. Michael Frazier of Frazier & Oxley LC.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge F. Jane Hustead.
