HUNTINGTON - Reyburns Auto Service Inc. is suing RW Rentals & Supply LLC after it claims it failed to pay more than $35,000 for equipment hauling services.
RW entered into a contract with Reyburns for Reyburns to perform equipment hauling services, according to a complaint filed June 5 in Cabell Circuit Court.
Reyburns claims RW has failed and refused to pay for services performed between June 16, 2012, and May 6.
The balance due and owing to Reyburns from RW has been due and owing and RW has not paid for work performed, according to the suit.
Reyburns is seeking damages in the amount of $35,467.50. It is being represented by Charles C. Amos of Barrett, Chafin, Lowry & Amos.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge F. Jane Hustead.
