* On Aug. 22, Janie Driggs was preparing to enter the Cabell County Courthouse when she tripped over an uneven and raised section of the walkway and was injured, the suit says. The Driggses are seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

The plaintiffs are seeking an injunction issued, requiring Marshall and Kopp to disclose and allow the petitioners to inspect any documentation in its custody relating to the various requests under FOIA and that the respondents be ordered to remove all charges not directly related to the copying of the requested documents.
