* Viglianco had a reservation at Best Western in Barboursville for June 10, 2012, through June 15, 2012. She claims her first room was unsatisfactory and was moved to a second room. The second room had a malfunctioning refrigerator that made noise all night and the next day, Viglianco was moved to another room, she says. On June 14, 2012, Viglianco woke up and found bedbugs throughout her bed and she suffered bites all over her body and her clothing was destroyed by the bedbugs, she says. Viglianco is seeking compensatory damages.
