* While walking home from work at 2 a.m., Sellers says he saw three men approaching him. He stepped aside so the men could pass, but instead they stopped and demanded his phone and wallet, he claims. He was also physically attacked which resulted in a concussion, memory loss and cuts requiring stitches, the suit says. He seeking compensatory and punitive damages, attorneys fees, court costs and expenses.
