*Marr accepted an offer made by Parker to purchase his property in Inwood on April 8 for a price of $330,000, the lawsuit says. However, Marr received a message indicating Parker would not buy it during a May 24 auction of his belongings in preparation for a move to Florida, he says. After the two could not agree on a closing date, the purchase has not been finalized. Marr makes claims of breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation and fraudulent misrepresentation.

*Kirby says he took his 1997 Ford F-150 to the defendant on Oct. 12 and was told a new Jasper engine would be installed in it. BNM allegedly put “some other engine” in the truck. Kirby says the cost of replacing that engine with a Jasper engine will be $9,424.46.

Daniel Johnson, individually and as legal guardian of Tyler Johnson, a minor v. Jarrett Jones and Tina Jones

*Daniel Johnson says his son was a guest at the Jones’ house on June 26, 2011. While there, Tyler and his friends decided to go swimming in the Jones’ above-ground pool, the suit says. Tyler fell through the deck, which was not fully constructed, and injured his face and neck, the suit says.
