* On Aug. 26, 2011, Angela Gibson presented to the defendants for complaints of extreme dryness, redness and itching of the scalp, left elbow and both feet. She also complained of extreme dryness and peeling of her nails. Barger diagnosed Angela Gibson as having psoriasis and prescribed a cream, she says. Angela Gibson returned two more times and the defendants failed to properly diagnose her, she says. On Dec. 9, 2011, she was correctly diagnosed by Dr. Stephen Milroy as having scabies, she says. Karen Gibson is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
