Jefferds Corporation says Twin Silos failed to pay more than $13K

WAYNE - Jefferds Corporation is suing Twin Silos at Lavalette LLC for failing to pay more than $13,000 for equipment rental services.

Jefferds provided equipment and rental services to the defendant from July 2012 until January in a series of transactions, according to a complaint filed July 9 in Wayne Circuit Court.

Jefferds claims Twin Silons has failed and refused to pay for the equipment rental services provided.

The defendant has failed and refused to pay for the equipment rental services provided and Jefferds is owed the principal sum of $12,821.76, plus interest in the amount of $897.47 from July 2012 for a total amount due of $13,719.23, according to the suit.

Jefferds is seeing damages in the amount of $13,719.23 with pre- and post-judgment interest. It is being represented by Ryan S. Marsteller of Bailes, Craig & Yon PLLC.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Darrell M. Pratt.
